Our prices are as follows. From the 27 March untill 30 Oct except for special weekends. We are open all year, we reserve the right to charge for any rooms booked and cancelled where we can not re let, for group bookings we require full payment for the first night and will only refund if we re let the rooms any changes to be made via e mail we do not take provisional bookings . Guest house is clearly signed and lit at night
Latest check in is 10.30 pm.
Tarmac parking and level path to entrance
Reception area is well lit and is approached by 3 steps
Dining room is on the ground floor which is level throughout
All 5 en suite bedrooms are on the 1st floor-no lift but reasonable wide stairs with colour contrast to floor, walls, doorways and handrail
The 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a fairly steep staircase and share 2 bathrooms fitted with electric showers
Guest seating area has books and maps
Good bus service with stops approx 50m
